Current Events Discussion for September

Mangiamo's Luncheon:

These are the questions for our next current events meeting at Mangiamo’s September 19, at noon for lunch.  This meeting is for dues paid LML members only and a male guest for one time only.  Although you pay for lunch at the restaurant, please register on our website or let Richard Hammes know you are coming so he can give the restaurant an accurate headcount for seating and staffing purposes.

1. Should Harris be more personally attacking of Trump or stick to the issue differences?  Why and why not?  What should be the focus in either instance?
2. Do you think it is a good idea to have tariffs on products from all countries or only China ?  Why and why not?  Should this be on all products or select products and if so which ones?
3. Do you see your home state voting for Harris or Trump?  Why?  What are the key issues in your home state?  Do they tie into national issues?
