Liberal Men of the Lowcountry (LML) takes your privacy seriously. We gather certain types of information about you, and we would like you to understand the terms related to the collection and use of that information. These policies detail the types of information we gather and how we use it. LML may amend this policy from time to time. Notification of any such amendment will be posted on our web site.

Collecting your Personal Account information

When you sign up as a member of LML, we collect, upon registration, limited personal information. This information includes your first and last name, a user name, and password, all of which will be used to create and maintain your account.

LML is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information, including account information and content of your account, is stored and maintained on secure servers. We take very seriously our commitment that your account and personal information will not be misused. Only a limited number of LML employees/volunteers will be permitted to access data or to provide and monitor the services we provide. LML will not sell or allow access by any third party to your personal information without your express permission. This privacy assurance includes your account address or e-mail content. LML may only access or disclose your personal information to third parties if such action is required by law, or is necessary to comply with applicable regulations, legal process or governmental request, or to protect and defend the rights, property, and safety of LML or the users of our services, or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, including spam prevention.

LML constantly seeks to innovate and improve our service to provide the best possible user experience. This Privacy Policy, despite our efforts, may not always specifically deal with all arising privacy issues. In light of the above, and because of the complex and constantly changing nature of the web and technology, LML does not guarantee error-free performance under this Privacy Policy. Use of Cookies 

LML does not employ or use “cookies” to gather information about a user's web usage or to personalize services or for any other reason. 

Refund Policy

LML will not refund money to members for any event after registration for such event has closed or any dues payment.
