Richard Hammes has degrees from the University of Wisconsin (sociology), University of Chicago (psychiatric social work) and Northern Illinois University (learning and developmental psychology). Richard’s presentation will cover his career in mental health services and management consulting. The first 15 years of his career focused on mental health services with the Illinois Dept. of Mental Health (many stories). The next nearly 30 years he developed a consultant practice with companies ranging from start up to Fortune 100 focused on leadership, communication, candidate assessments, performance management, meetings management and more.
