Aimee Deverall is an attorney and the owner of Deverall Immigration Law, LLC in Bluffton, South Carolina. Aimee has been practicing immigration law exclusively since 2010. She specializes in complex family-based immigration matters, removal defense, naturalization, asylum, and other humanitarian-based immigration relief. She has served as the American Immigration Lawyers Association liaison to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Charleston Field Office for the past five years. Aimee is a member of several local organizations assisting the immigrant community including the South Carolina Immigrant Victims Coalition and the Lowcountry Human Trafficking Task Force. She is a board member of the Lowcountry Legal Volunteers and an active member of the Lowcountry Immigration Coalition. She frequently volunteers and speaks about immigration law in the community. Through her volunteer work, Aimee has coordinated and led numerous naturalization workshops in Beaufort County to offer pro bono legal services to aspiring applicants for U.S. citizenship.
